Mathieu, who is in the kitchen, is a pastry chef, who won the prize for the best croissant in Paris two years in a row. The choice of ingredients is based on local and seasonal produce, and as much as possible, from organic farming.

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 8 am and 3 pm. On Saturday between 8 am and 5 pm.
