Every day, he puts together a new menu based on whatever treasures he finds, which gives him the freedom to follow his instinct in dishes that are natural and yet delicate. They are wonderfully powerful every time. Memorable!
Crispy on top, soft on the inside and risen to perfection… The department’s best traditional French baguette of 2016 was baked in Vincennes! The Fournil du Château bakery also proposes crunchy walnut & white chocolate tarts, praline cream eclairs, almond tarts and many other delights. Delish!

The Olympic medal-winning judoka, Bertrand Damaisin, runs the Olympe Sport Café. Come for the view over Château de Vincennes and, of course, to enjoy the generous cuisine in a setting beyond compare. This is the haunt of athletes from the INSEP campus, where Olympic champions are truly made, and of local residents who come to unwind in the warm and friendly atmosphere.
